Sue Sieger has over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. As senior compliance consultant at Employee Benefits Corporation, she has worked with thousands of employers and has become a leading specialist in Section 125, Section 105 Plan design and administration, and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Ms. Sieger is a frequent speaker on employee benefits and regularly conducts employer and agent training nationwide. She has conducted seminars for the Employer Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC), Society of Human Resources (SHRM), the Wisconsin Association of School Boards (WASB), the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters (WAHU) and Minnesota Association of Health Underwriters (MAHU) to name a few.



Ms. Sieger received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in personnel/human resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She also earned a Master’s degree in servant leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Ethical Leadership in Organizations from Viterbo University. She holds a current Wisconsin insurance license, which broadens her knowledge base when consulting with employers’ regarding employee benefit plan decisions. Ms. Sieger is also a current member of the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters (WAHU) and the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).



Ms. Sieger obtained the designation of Certified in Flexible Compensation (CFC) in 1999, and Certified in Flexible Compensation Instruction (CFCI) in 2002 from the Employer Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC). In addition, in 2012, Ms. Sieger obtained the COBRA Administration Specialist (CAS) designation and the Advanced Certificate in Flexible Compensation Instruction (ACFCI). She currently serves as faculty for the ECFC credentialing program and has helped develop much of the curriculum used to train the nation’s top benefit professionals. Ms. Sieger is the current chair of the SIGIS Eligible Products List Committee, that reviews and approves items to be included in the Inventory Information Approval System (IIAS) used for health care debit card transactions.
